Mercedes wanted to promote their aftersales offering on the 2013 Brussel Motor Show. Boys and girls wearing striking blue T-shirts welcomed the visitors of the Mercedes stand to scan a QR-code with their smartphone. Obviously, the QR-code primarily served as a conversation opener to introduce visitors to the new A-class service program and guide them through the different available after sales service offers.
Every day of the show, Mercedes wanted to give away an exclusive weekend driving a new A-class. So, the QR-code opened a contest website where the first screens introduced the participants in the contest and the price to win. In the next screen, they answered some contact details and entered the competition by answering the game questions.
