A BBC serves a wide range of Belgian specialty beers and dishes. But it is much more than that. When you step into a BBC, it becomes a total experience. You are immersed in the Belgian beer culture, where you can enjoy Belgian good taste in beer, food and atmosphere.

The reasons

There are multiple reasons why AB Inbev is investing in this project. They want to increase awareness for the BBC's worldwide. They can speak to a broad audience, emphasize the premium image of Belgian beers and highlight the large variety of beers as Belgian Beer Café Unique Selling Points.

They are also looking to attract new franchisees.

Furthermore, AB Inbev wants to create a global platform that their franchisees can use to optimize their internal and external communication. This will be an excellent tool to actively manage, support and stimulate their franchisees.

What did we do?

We were responsible for the analysis, the creation of the platform as well as the launch of a campaign to promote it worldwide.

We took care of SEO to support the online marketing of the BBC concept. This will help to get found on the web, generate visibility and attract relevant customers.

The campaign will generate online buzz to increase traffic to the site, and will lead to likes on the BBC Facebook page.

We opted for Tilemill to create the maps on the site, and not Google maps. Tilemill is powered by open source technology and works with open layers. This makes it much easier to customize.
